Striking Skills

  • Boxing fundamentals — jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and combinations.
  • Kickboxing techniques including leg kicks, body kicks, and head kicks.
  • Muay Thai striking — elbows, knees, clinch control, and close-range power.
  • Footwork, movement, angles, and distance management.
  • Defense — head movement, blocking, parries, and guard positioning.

Wrestling & Takedowns

  • Wrestling stance, level changes, and penetration steps.
  • Single-leg and double-leg takedowns adapted for MMA.
  • Body lock takedowns, trips, and wall or cage takedowns.
  • Sprawls, takedown defense, and counter-wrestling.
  • Top pressure, control positions, and safe ground-and-pound.

Grappling & Submissions

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals for MMA.
  • Guard retention, passing, and maintaining dominant positions.
  • High-percentage chokes and joint locks used in live fighting.
  • Submission defense, escapes, and safe transitions.
  • Using grappling to control, survive, and finish fights.

Clinching, Judo & Cage Control

  • Clinch entries from striking and level changes.
  • Judo-based trips and throws adapted for MMA ranges.
  • Cage and wall control techniques for pinning and pressure.
  • Breaking grips, reversing positions, and escaping safely.

Conditioning, Fight IQ & Mindset

  • Conditioning for rounds, not random exhaustion.
  • Smart combination drilling and efficient energy use.
  • Understanding timing, pacing, rhythm, and fight strategy.
